Our Italian language school in Sorrento occupies a magnificent 16th century ‘palazzo’ (palace), just a short walk away from the seafront. The school has 6 comfortable, air-conditioned classrooms, a computer room, free Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the building, and a roof-top terrace where you can enjoy the Sorrento sun!

All of our school’s teachers are well-qualified and experienced in teaching Italian as a foreign language. With the benefit of such high quality tuition, you’ll quickly be speaking Italian with confidence!

Our school offers a wide range of Italian courses, including group courses, Private Lessons and combinations of both! Combination courses give you the chance to practice your Italian with your classmates, and then consolidate your learning during customized, one-to-one lessons.

Discover Italian culture while you learn Italian in Sorrento – take our school’s classes in ceramics-making, Italian cookery or even vocal training! Another way to experience the Italian culture is with a Work Experience placement, organized for you by the school. You’ll work with native Italians everyday, so your language skills will soon improve!

Or, you could get to know the local sea-life in Sorrento, with 2 scuba-diving sessions to complement 20 Italian lessons each week. The sparkling waters off the Amalfi coastline are a diver’s paradise! Our school also runs an Italian course in Sorrento exclusively for students aged 50 or over, and an exciting Christmas course!

Cultural Program in Sorrento, Italy

To give you as much insight into Italian life as possible, and to ensure that you really enjoy your time in Italy, our school runs a varied program of activities and excursions. Spend a day exploring the exquisite islands of Capri and Ischia, the magnificent city of Naples or the Roman towns of Pompeii and Herculaneum, perfectly preserved by volcanic ash.

Daily activities are also on offer, including talks on Italian history, literature and current affairs, so you can get to know Italy even better! You’ll often have the chance to join your tutors for a coffee, giving you valuable Italian practice, and optional phonetic classes are also organized. When you first arrive at the school, a welcome party will help you get acquainted with everybody!
