Ancient and modern come together to spectacular effect in Rome, giving you a stunning backdrop for your Italian lessons.

Florence too, is a feast for the eyes. With priceless medieval architecture set along the banks of the river Arno, it is easy to see why Florence is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Piazza della Signoria, with its collection of magnificent classical statues, is the heart of the city and the perfect place to test your Italian on with the locals. Our school is located just a short walk from the famous Ponte Vecchio bridge.

You might want to learn Italian in the unique jewel of Venice, itself steeped in history, more to your liking. Our school there is located in the heart of Venice, and enjoys breathtaking views of the city. All of our schools have small class sizes and experienced native tutors.

Learn Italian in Salerno

Choose the type of course that suits you best, with 15, 20 or 30 lessons a week. We cater for students at every level of learning and you could also have one-to-one lessons. If you have more time to spare, a gap-year or Work Experience course might be ideal for you. Or why not learn Italian and Practical Italian Cookery in our school in San Giovanni Valdarno, in spectacular Tuscany?

Five of our Italian schools offer courses specifically designed for students aged 50 or over. On the idyllic island of Elba, students on our Club 50 Italian course can follow in the footsteps of Napoleon Bonaparte, sample local wines and go sailing in the Mediterranean, to mention just a few of the activities on offer.

On all of our Italian courses you can join in with our activity programmes to experience all that Italy has to offer! A guided tour of Naples in the South, for instance, will show you dramatic castles, lavish palaces and a different side to Italy. You can delve into the history and culture of the city and explore the ancient city of Pompeii, frozen in time by a cataclysmic volcanic eruption.

But you might prefer the tranquillity of Taormina in Sicily to the hustle and bustle of Naples. After lessons you can relax on the golden sands, join other students and teachers from the school for theatre performances or a trip to see the remarkable Roman ruins.

Don’t worry about finding accommodation either. Choose to stay with one of our carefully selected Italian host families to really put your Italian to use. Or you might prefer to live with your fellow students, in shared apartments or guest houses.

So we really do take care of everything for you. All you need is an enthusiasm for learning Italian, and then just enjoy the experience!
