Historic Crete

The seafront is only a brief walk away from our Greek language school, located in the center of Chania. As well as comfortable classrooms, our school has a library and its own courtyard, where outdoor classes are often held.

Once your Greek lessons have finished for the day, why not wander through the narrow, atmospheric streets of the old town? Use your new Greek vocabulary to chat with friendly local traders, and get yourself a bargain on anything from finely-crafted ceramics to oriental rugs!

Our Greek language programs

Greek lesson at our school

All of our school’s teachers are native Greek-speakers, with years of experience in teaching Greek as a foreign language. You’ll learn Greek in Crete as part of a same-level group, with students from all over the world. Group study allows you to practise your language skills with peers and learn from each other.

The program usually runs from 09:00 in the morning to 13:00, although afternoon classes may also be available, subject to demand. Either way, the course gives you plenty of Greek tuition and lots of time to explore Crete!

Cultural program in Athens, Greece

Our school organizes a packed activities program, helping you get the most from your stay in Greece. Delve into Crete’s past on museum trips, improve your language skills with Greek-language movies, and enjoy Greek music and dance classes. At least 1 meal with your teachers and fellow students is also included, so you can sample the local delicacies and get to know everyone!

If you’d like to see more of this wonderful island, our school offers optional excursions. The stunning Samaria gorge, traditional mountain villages and the scenic peninsula of Akrotiri are typical destinations for these trips.
