Our Chinese language programs

Take our school’s Standard Course, consisting of 20 Chinese lessons per week, if you want plenty of free time to discover Beijing. For more Chinese classes each week, choose an Intensive course, comprising 30 lessons per week. Private Lessons are also available at our Option One school, allowing you fully customize your program of learning!

Students at break time

You can learn Chinese in Beijing for as long as an academic year, giving you the chance to really get to know China, the language and the Chinese culture! Gain an insight into Chinese culture with a specialized course in Tai Chi or Chinese Painting. These courses include 10 sessions a week to run alongside your Chinese language lessons.

Cultural program in Beijing, China

Guesthouse, Beijing Option 1

Our school offers a full program of extra-curricular activities, designed to introduce you to China and to help you have a great time! There are guided bicycle tours, acrobatics shows, Chinese cinema evenings, visits to traditional tea houses and much more! Exciting excursions are also organized by the school, with destinations varying. Admire breathtaking views at the Temple of Azure Clouds, visit ornate Lama monasteries or see the resting place of China’s mighty Ming emperors. Of course, a visit to China would not be complete without a trip to the Great Wall!

Accommodation in Beijing, China

Live with people from all over the world, all here for a Chinese course in Beijing and a great time! Our school’s shared student apartments are equipped with kitchens, TVs and air-conditioning, and are conveniently situated in the city center. Sharing a kitchen and living room, you’ll soon to get to know your classmates! 

Alternative accommodation is available in fully furnished guesthouses, on a half board basis. The guest house in the Xidan area was once home to a member of the Emperor’s court, and was made in a suitability grand, classically Chinese style. If you’d prefer even more luxurious surroundings, our school can arrange accommodation for you in a 3 or 4-star hotel.
